If you live in Taipei and is wondering where you can find tokidoki toys and apparel, well on my (very recent) trip to the city, I managed to find a couple of stores that carried the latest range of tokidoki goodies! But if you know of any other places in Taipei (or Taiwan for that matter) that sell tokidoki, please drop a comment and share the news to all!

First up - toys. I saw the tokidoki Plus Robots still up for sale at Page One bookstore located at the Taipei 101. The price is similar to Singapore’s pricing so if you realllllly want one, do drop by the store.

When I was there, Eslite (one of the biggest bookstores in Taipei) had other collectible toys but did not have tokidoki. I’m not sure if that’s because they do not carry the toys at all.

As for tokidoki apparel, make sure you check out this store located in Ximending - Million Boy Club. They have the latest tees from tokidoki (Eccomondo and Rock range) and they are quite prevalent in Taipei as well, with small corners in the major departmental stores like Shinkong Mitsukuoshi, Eslite and New York New York.

It’s only been three months since the tokidoki Concept Space was launched in Brisbane, Australia and already they’re bringing loads and loads of tokidoki goodies that has not been available here in Asia! The tokidoki Concept Space now stock the full range of the tokidoki Bags as well as tokidoki + Hello Kitty items (no need to fly to Japan)! For tokidoki apparel, be sure to check out the tokidoki Jeans and flip flops when you’re at the store as well. I’m actually wishing I could catch the next flight out as I’m typing this!

Besides the bags, they also have the collectible items like the tokidoki Soccer Ball, tokidoki Be@rbrick and tokidoki Miao together with his other toys. If you’re looking for presents for a tokidoki fan (or simply for yourself), the Concept Space will be bringing in the tokidoki Geisha as well as Captain Coco of the Cocommandos!

Goodies are pouring in from all corners here in Asia! The latest tokidoki vinyl toy, Captain Coco of the tokidoki Cocomandos, is now available for preorder from EarthX!

Not only that, we spied that they also have the tokidoki Mirror Mints and a couple of tokidoki Skate Decks available for preorder too. The tokidoki Mirror Mints have been retailing in the USA for quite a while and this is probably the first time any of us here in Asia have seen it.

As for the tokidoki Skate Decks, I really like the version titled “24 Carat” as it looks really different with its two colour scheme (instead of the colourful illustrations we’re so familar with). Even though Christmas is two months away, it’s always good to start shopping early (for yourself!)

Continuing with more tokidoki news elsewhere in the world - take note our dear Australian readers (or anyone who’s in Australia now reading this)! The tokidoki Concept Store, in Brisbane, will be having an official launch next Tuesday 16 September at 6pm (thanks to reader Arthouse Jo for reminding us)! We’ve seen sneak peeks into the upcoming tokidoki Stationery, tokidoki Apparel (tees, hoodies and more!) as well as the super coveted tokidoki + Skullcandy headphones. What about the toys? Well, after the madness that was SDCC 2008 - us Tokidokizens have spotted a few photos of the tokidoki Tigers taken by fellow tokidoki lovers! Whilst we haven’t gotten our grubby claws on them yet, the tokidoki Tigers are already available (even here in Asia) so make sure you get down to your local store to get one (or four)!

Then there’s my favourite - tokidoki Bulletto (spelt with a double T btw)! We just spotted that Panik’s Toy Box (USA) has already listed Bulletto on their site for preorder. They also have a little blurb on him as well:

Mozzarella’s new boyfriend Bulletto is a tough one when it comes to providing protection for weak kids in the schoolyard.
